Donna Ayres

SEN Teaching Assistant

I've been working as a TA at Stithians School since 2017 and think I've worked in every single class! I absolutely love working with the children and I'm very lucky to be able to indulge my love of art at the same time. In my spare time, I enjoy gig rowing, sea swimming and spending time with my two sport-mad boys!

Lou Frame

SEN Teaching Assistant

I came to work at Stithians in 2012 after many years at Truro College teaching and assessing students studying Health and Social Care. I have a background in literature and the arts, and use these skills in my practice. I love working with children and supporting them in their development.

Jayne Jones

SEN Teaching Assistant

I started at Stithians in 2008 as a volunteer and helped set up the library. Following this, I became a lunchtime supervisor and now also work in the classroom as a teaching assistant. I'm a mum of five amazing children and have lived in Stithians for over 20 years. In my spare time, I enjoy walking my dogs and cooking with my family.

Louise Potts

SEN Teaching Assistant

I have been working in the childcare industry since 1991, first as a nanny for a family for eight years, then as a pre-school assistant at Stithians Pre-school for twelve years, and as a one-to-one TA here at Stithians School since 2017. In my spare time, I enjoy running, going to the beach, reading and spending time with my family.

Adele Zschiesche

SEN Teaching Assistant - Speech & Language

I have been part of the Stithians school team working for over 11 years and volunteering before that. I work as a 1:1 TA with a focus on speech and language. My four children have all enjoyed attending the school. When I am not in school, I really enjoy spending time at the beach, growing vegetables and baking.

Beth Jordan

SEN Teaching Assistant

I began working part-time at Stithians in November 2022, and soon realised what a lovely school it is. I was lucky enough to gain full-time hours in January. Previously, I have spent a lot of time working with SEN children, particularly those with ASD. In my spare time, I enjoy kickboxing, cooking and spending time with my family.
